Dark Theme support for error dialog boxes #340

Issue

While testing the Visibility add-in in Pro 2.5, I noticed these two error dialog boxes do not support dark theme:

Expected Behavior

Those dialog boxes should support dark theme

Detailed steps

  1. Launch Pro 2.5
  2. Add a raster to the map
  3. Click on the Visiblity button to launch the add-in
  4. On the LLOS tab, select the raster from the drop-down list
  5. Add an observer
  6. Add a target
  7. Click OK
  8. Observe
