Salary payment through a smart contract.

Objectives:

• Improving the transparency of project cash spending
• Systematization of financial statements

Description

1 Salary or accountable funds are sent to a special smart contract with the address of the recipient 2 Reporting 2.1 In the case of regular payments, the recipient publishes a report on the work done and the financial report for the previous payment 2.2 In the case of one-time payments for receiving the first part (advance), the technical task is published, and for full payment, a report on the work done and a financial report for the payment are published. 3 Two proxies from the team and from the community confirm the completeness and correctness of the submitted reports (by sending a transaction from special wallets) 4 Salary goes to the address of the recipient (or one round of cold staking and after that with a percentage to the recipient).

I don’t think any contractual commitments such as salaries or payments to any suppliers or vendors should be run through a smart contract. Since there is a contract in existence between the service provider (coder, developer, auditor, supplier, employee) and CLO Network it cannot be voted upon unless it is clearly mentioned in the contract.
