syntaxes: allow new override syntax #36

@EugenWiens I'd love to see a release - not sure what I can do, but I wanted to ask your opinion first, before considering an expensive and invasive fork - any options how a new release can be made possible?

I'm so sorry 😞 but I'm no able to work on this plugin anymore. My work and other projects take all my time.
