Hi, I’m moving code to the match-standards-mix01.Rmd and I wanted to ask you clarifications. We split the data according to matrix and polarity and after that we conduct analysis separately, right? So the analysis for the four combinations matrix-polarity will be in the same file in separate sections one after another, right?

That's a good questions. Yes, would be nice to have all results (both polarities and both matrices) in one Rmd. But let's start with one polarity and water and then see if it does not become too large. We should balance between runtime/length of an Rmd and having too many files.
