It shouldn’t be possible to add two identical terms to the same term entry for the same language. If that is done, it indicates that the user has made a mistake. Some kind of error message should therefore be displayed and the term should not be allowed to be added. It should thus not be allowed that the two English terms "monitor" are created here:
