OpenJDK for MAC OS can come from https://adoptium.net/de/

MAC Distribution is currently at JDK 14 ==> update to JDK 17, may also be better for jpackage

Updated MAC (Intel) to JDK 17 (Adoptium / Temurin)

Windows is at JDK 17.

Linux (when building .tar.gz from Windows) is at JDK 11, but the Java FX SDK is at 19. Is that good? Probably not...
