Run tests in the CI. Tests are only half as valuable if you don't realize they fail

Imo there never is a good reason to use yarn (classic) rather than npm, we still use it everywhere, so that was my default to go to. Changed in https://github.com/ExodusMovement/fetch/pull/10/commits/d9a181a0b02a7c551d8d510beae01b8b96ae34b7
