Feature Request: Backup Name #27

The ability to prepend a name to the backup. This is useful when backups come together from multiple minecraft servers. It is likely I will checkout the code and add this if I have time today. I have no Java experience but I am pretty good at following my nose. Just a quick question why is this project on hold? Something better is built-in to a standard tool?

It's on hold because I have lost interest in minecraft, if you want you can take over just let me know.

I could take over this project if you want me to keep it updated. I'll post updates on spigotmc.org, and of course giving credit where credit is due. (if you want to verify that I am experienced at Java & Bukkit feel free to look at my GitHub profile activity)

@Derkades have you posted to spigotmc yet? There is a project named SimpleBackup there but that seems to be a completely different plugin and I got confused for longer than I want to admit (that plugin doesn't work for me on 1.14 but this one does and I've been using this one before anyways).
