space group from lattice point group #27

need to test point group operators with different translations on a primitive structure

any given point group operator may be accompanied by at most a single translation (if there were two different translations for the same point group operation, then that translation could be paired with the identity rotation, and this could only be a symmetry operation if the structure were not primitive)
