Action Performed:

Prerequisite: User already submitted an expense to a workspace by scanning

1. Tapping green +
2. Then Scan receipt (which is set to submit to Expensify AU workspace)

Expected Result:

Scan receipt page displayed

@muttmuure I feel like the easiest thing would be to have @ntdiary work directly with @dubielzyk-expensify and @jliexpensify who are experiencing this bug. They can share their Onyx state and maybe that'll help figure it out.
