Email is not received when sending an expense to a other verfiied domain #53275

Action Performed:

  1. Sign up with a gmail.com account
  2. Follow CVP steps to send an expense, but choose to send it to BOB which is newUser@existingVerifiedDomain.com

Expected Result:

Email is received

Actual Result:

That user never receives an email with the expense in it.
