[HOLD for payment 2025-01-21] [HOLD for payment 2025-01-18] Add Firebase Distribution to deploy process to speed up QA #55091

Problem

Google Play is reviewing every staging build and it is slowing down the ability for QA to test the latest releases.

Solution

Upload our Android build to Firebase Distribution in order to skip the review and allow QA to grab the releases in a faster manner.
