Expensify Card - Success page reappears every time clicking Issue new card button #55124

Action Performed:

Precondition:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go offline.
  3. Create a new workspace.
  4. Go to workspace settings > More features.
  5. Enable Expensify Card.
  6. Go to Expensify Card.
  7. Click Issue new card.
  8. Go online.
  9. Click Add a new bank account > Connect manually.
  10. Enter the same bank account numbers as the bank account that is already set up in precondition.
  11. Click Next.
  12. On success page, click RHP back button.
  13. Click on the added bank account row.
  14. Click Got it.
  15. Close the RHP.
  16. Click Issue new card.
  17. Click Got it and repeat Step 15 to 17.

Expected Result:

In Step 14, after dismissing the success page, the background should change to Expensify Card page with Issue card and Settings buttons.

Actual Result:

In Step 14, after dismissing the success page, the background remains as the pre-setup state and does not change to another view when bank account is set up.

In Step 16, when clicking Issue new card after dismissing success page, the success page appears again. It is stuck at loop between pre-setup state and success page.

I think this needs to be internal or with SWM/Callstack since it relates to the Expensify cards
