implement TRAPI 1.1 #249

We should have this complete by May 10. Let's do this on a 1.1 branch for the time being. We are supposed to keep both versions running for the time being.

Model is updated in branch trapi-1.1. It compiles and the tests run successfully for both unit and integration tests.

Couple of things that are not implemented:

Logging (no LogEntry instances are added to TRAPIResponse.logs)
QueryConstraints is not implemented
TRAPIEdge.relation is not implemented
