When the app requests a new user, a request UID is provided in the reply.

[ ] We need to capture that request UID, and check it on each app start (possible states: REQUESTED, ACCEPTED, DENIED)
[ ] On acceptance, the app should display username:password and auto-configure it (in case no other user is logged in)
