[Themes and ITSM Module] Issues with comments #73

Hi,

I have 2 issues with comments for the new ITSM module

  1. On Chrome, when I want to declare an incident, I'm expected to have something like that with flat/dark theme :

Instead, I have that and I can't add my comment :

  1. When we add some special character like ',è etc. I can't see them on the "solved event" panel :

The right comment is "C'est un gros problème"

Can you fix theses "bugs" ?
