Movable and resizable lock widget - Alternative to s-view App

Hi!

First of all, sorry for my spelling and grammar, i'm from Argentina.

This is my feature request:

There's a lot of phones that has flip-view covers with window and they do not 
have an integrated app to use that window space when flip is closed.

Even those who have an app (like galaxy s4, i have one), that app sucks.
I consider dashclock much better that the stock app "Samsung s-view" that only 
shows SMS and missed calls

So i consider a big step for DashClock to add to the lock-widget the 
funcionality of manually set the position of the clock and other widgets so we 
can "adapt" the widget to the window of each of our phones.

And also, in the future:
-an extension to handle calls (accept, reject, end) from the widget and 
therefore from the window
-And a setting to unlock the phone with the proximity sensor to open the lid.

But that is not essential because we can do it by 3rd-party apps.

Well, that is, I think that making the lock-widget movable and resizable will 
make Dashclock also a great alternative to 3rd-party apps for s-view covers 
(there are many and they all suck)
