Enable the call center to send drivers a "wake-up" call to drivers/volunteers:
The ability to message multiple drivers is connected to a specific ride.
Send SMS messages to drivers according to their preferred volunteering area
Send SMS messages to drivers selected manually
The SMS message is auto-generated but can be edited manually.
Multi messages can be sent to the same ride.
