Network Types - across-net missing

https://github.com/F5Networks/f5-google-gdm-templates/blob/master/supported/failover/README.md describes two network types, "same-net" and "across-net" there is a folder called "same-net" with templates. however the "across-net" folder is missing

@assareh Note the readme states "Some options may not be available at this time". However, cleaning up the readme is still a great idea, that will be done and included in the upcoming release.
