[DOC] Only 2 devices are supported in F5::Cm::Cluster #112

Hi all

After testing and as per conversation/confirmation from Paul Breaux currently we only support 2 devices when clustering using the Heat templates. This should be documented. Specially given that we support up to 4 devices when using LBaaS
