New point release for FAIRsharing migration and for external ontology updates #78
A number of changes as outlined in the associated milestone. They fall into two groups:
Updates to reconcile the new releases of a number of external ontologies, some of which deprecated terms that DRAO used since the last DRAO point release.
Updates to fix a few minor issues with DRAO terms that were causing issues with the FAIRsharing developers as part of the data migration work for the new site.
