Save final version in Software Heritage #58

See Email by Morane Gruenpeter: Please check that your component has the following:

  1. Code repository is pubilcly available
  2. License file is in code repository (and there is no compliance issues with cross-integration)
  3. A README file in root directory
  4. The code repositories are saved in Software Heritage (using save.softwareheritage.org)

Bonus for "good" citizens: A CodeMeta file with all searchable metadata is available in root directory (you can use this tool to create the file: https://codemeta.github.io/codemeta-generator/)
