ESC key issues #63

With the plugin installed, after some time, the ESC key will stop bringing up the System Menu (at all), and will not close any open windows (unless left click is held).

Tried to see if one of the plugin settings was causing this, but this issue persists when the "Escape closes main window" is on and off.

The problem goes away instantly when the plugin is disabled, once re- enabled, again after some time the ESC key loses functionality (system menu and closing on screen windows specifically, untargetting and other uses of the esc seem to work fine).

For testing, I installed only this plugin on my laptop and i was able to reproduce this issue.

Did you go into dalamud settings and turn off the toggle for "escape to close dalamud windows" option? Then hit save button. Should fix it.

Many thanks for the fix, although it would be nice to be able to keep using ESC to close stuff while this works normally. Fingers crossed a more long term solution is found, but this will do in the meantime.

I have the same issue, I turned mods on and off till I determined it was this one making my escape key disappear. I hope this is corrected as none of the settings I've found within the plugin correct the issue. It seems to rear it's ugly head after I gather collectables for aetherial reduction. Like electrocoal, brighwind ore, goldbranch, volcanic grass, etc.
