"definition of done"
I love it... a fellow Agile guy...
My 2 cents is to go through the samples that relate to the smallest level of templates first then get progressively larger. I think Allergies is an Allergies section with an allergy entry. I'll take a first stab, then put it on the wiki and talk about the approach. What do you think?

Can we formalize "definition of done" for each translation, and put it in this project wiki (https://github.com/FHIR/cda-examples-to-fhir/wiki)?
Are we translating CDA document as a whole, or by sections, or by resources? I can write simple test suit to run xsd & schematron validations on translations.
