Template Replace Refactor

Refactors the logic in the meeting script that repeats the replacement of templated tags {{ EXAMPLE }} in generated file names and file content.

Added

• Replace-FileContents function to find and replace text recursively in a directory.
• Replace-FileNames function to find and replace file names recursively in a directory.

  Changed

• Meeting - Replace scripts are now reusable and global.
