copy endpoints to CDM tables #169

This is the same issue from AtlasDevelopment git repo which is https://github.com/FINNGEN/AtlasDevelopment/issues/49

The idea is after ETL is performed then CDM cohort and cohort_definition files have to be updated with Endpoint definitions for each FINNGENID

PUT ON HOLD. WILL CHECK IT IN FUTURE AS IT MAY NOT BE THAT NECESSARY
