New table: pivot of LabWAS #280

Suggestion form Mark D (2024-09-24):

I was wondering if we could add to [the lab pages] that shows the distributions and other details so nicely, a pivot of the same LabWas table - but instead of each lab value for the endpoint as in LabWas in Risteys, a table of each endpoint for the lab value we are examining.
