add ratio option to gamecube menu #185

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

  ratio option like 16:9 or 4:3 in Gamecube Menu.

  ( I can control ration option in Wii games. but not able in GameCube games )

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

  to play Gamecube games in correct ratio.

on page 3/4 you can enable widescreen patch for 16:9, that already exist.
