FIXRepository4.2.xml contains data types introduced with FIX 4.3 #17

FIX 4.3 added the following data types:

Length, NumInGroup, and SeqNum (base type “int”). This affected "XXXLength", "NoXXX", and "XXXSeqNum" fields.
Percentage (base type “int”)
Country (base type "String")
TagNum (base type “int”)

FIX 4.2 should still have the base data types.
