Misc ideas

These are a number of miscelanious todos / ideas noted down during original development of this benchmark. They may not all be approriate / required.

• [ ] Move pop gen to init fn? so it gets timed? Agent vec in init would be good.
• [ ] Output to a specified directory (which may or may not exist?)
• [ ] Better error checking.
  • [ ] if a simulation throws an exception?
  • [ ] If could not create the csv file
• [ ] Individual visualistion
• [ ] CLI control of which experiments to run, with safe filw output so this can be paralellised on mulitple GPUs on HPC
• [ ] actual device poower state warmup? Maybe run the 0th sim twice and only use the second one?
