We selected cities according to "real" size, but several problems arised when looking at them in the models. They were collected here: https://github.com/FPS-URB-RCC/CORDEX-CORE-WG/blob/13f1c3f5592359cec2a69ac68ea9dbb8ee7a0932/uhi/plot_all_cities.py#L17-L30
"tasmin not available" refers to #18 , which can be fixed, in principle
