collected from Michal's presentation on Stage-0 evaluation:

[ ] temperature variables should be named tas/tasmax/tasmin (CYI uses T2/T2MAX/T2MIN)
[ ] lon/lat coordinate variable names (CUNI used xlon/xlat) - but we can get around this as long as other CF attributes are correctly set
