how can I know my target gene is enriched in which cluster?

Hello, I'm afraid this feature is not in webMCP-counter. I would suggest to dosnload the cluster information (see number 5, on the webMCP-counter's preprint figure 3), and then use your favorite stats software (e.g. R or graphpad) to determine differential expression between clusters.
