Game - breaking bug I'm experiencing in all DarkRp servers

Okay, so I've been looking around trying to fix this and I don't know if I need to install a package for it but none of my commands work. The f4 menu works and I can select stuff in it (like sleep, buy shipment, choose job, change color) but that's it. Commands like /y, //, /ooc, /buy , /buyMicrovave, .ect do not work or even shows up in console. Whats wrong?

Also, when I open the f1 menu for help, nothing appears, it used to but not any more and the console said this. I looked into the set of code it refers to and this was found
