Part of them can be crafted, others can only looted.

3 levels: Raw material: can be mined and can be crafted by breakdown items/junk Components: can be crafted from raw material or can be looted. Usually requires some unique tool, like crafting table, workbench, furnace. Some Comp. can be crafted wo tool (crafted "byPocket" or "bare hands") Items can be crafted from rawmat and/or components, always requires tool. Can be looted - but rare.

Guns - only repair, not crafted? (World just fell apart, many item requires tech, tool became unreachable. There is no gunsmith, so...)

The goal is driving the player towards "loot/run/barricade/hide" strategy from "mining/crafting/just waiting".
