Mekanism is not letting the server shut down correctly on it's own

• Modpack Version: 1.4.0
• Issue: When I try to stop or restart the server I end up having to kill it because of some tracker thing not being able to locate and remove something from Mekanism. I end up having to restart my server manually instead of having it be an automatic task.
