The final star 1.16.5 does not work

in a nutshell i'm going to press shift plus right button or just right button it doesn't make the sound and it works correctly i just tried to put that mod in my package eliminating the others but nothing the same problem

im trying to use final star but when i right click it does not work i also try droping item it does not work idk if its cuz of im on server
