Display where comments were placed from. #288

On comments viewed from the website, display where they were submitted from.

What does this do, exactly? Is it ip to country matching, application type (app, site, etc), or page of the site from which the comment was produced?

This will be strictly to give our website users more insight into other platforms on the site. Say a user comments from the windows phone app, a user viewing from the website will now see the comment was made from the windows phone app, with a link to the app "posted from the Windows Phone App" or verbiage like that. My plan with this is to get users curious as to what other methods they have available to watch in.
