logic for licensed series #311

404's when logged out if series is licensed. should instead display only anime info and no eps.

Is this safe enough to do? Wouldn't dmca Bots still detect that we have the anime listed, even if they can't see episodes? Either way this is mostly a duplicate of #306

Yeah your right @enic94 that's my fault. Also DMCA bots detecting the anime is listed isn't really a problem after all no eps are shown anyway. Much like an anime information database.
