Automatically mark a series as airing (or not) #317

Build logic into the anime listings so that if a show has 2 episode additions in the last three weeks, we count that as airing. This in turn will change flags automatically on series to ensure that we do not forget to turn off the airing flag.

What about series/movies that are still airing but has a slower release than x amount weeks? :/

Well, maybe we have an algorithm that uses the current episodes on the site in conjunction with the episode count from AniDB? it be a once a day thing that checks the local cache, if the cache is older than 7 days (or w/e we define) it pulls down a new cache and checks it?
