97 Primary water shutoff valve for whole church building - stuck #25

The primary water shutoff for the whole church building (located in the rear of the boiler room behind the kitchen) is stuck. Probably due to minerals in water and very infrequent use of the valve.

Rob Green (Plumb-It) will replace valve with a ball valve after arranging with Yarmouth Water District to shut off the building.
