Whenever I try to start hl1 it says Host_initCommon: Couldn't load gfx.wad #1832

That's it. And whenever I try to load up blueshift i can get into the game fine but the mouse doesnt lock. so i cant even use the mouse to look around.

Check your game data. Use game data from Steam version of the game.
