Cheetah 1.1b Display problem if usb connected #4

My board has a problem with the usb connector. It is no problem to flash or update the board, but if you connect the power supply and the usb the 5V for the display drop to 4,4V. Is the board defektive or is that a general ? There are no schematics for that board, I bought it because of open source. So please provide the missing documentation.

This problem can be mitigated by desoldering the fuse close by the usb port und adding a removable jumper instead.
