Need to start tracking new arguments/parameters that are added to either setup.py, or in "manifest" json.

./setup.py --sysimage : 'Path to golden image to be coppied from either local path or url. This will skip debootstrap stage!.

./setup.py --vmd-cfg : VMD Config name to be used by golden image.

manifest: "keep_kernel": True - to keep boot/ folder in the image. False(default) - clean up boot/
