Dragon Is Not Respawning #235

In the 1.16.5 version for fabric (1.0.0), if you add this mod to an existing world, the ender dragon will not be respawnable

steps to reproduce: create world without mcmt kill the dragon/enter the end add mcmt to mods folder enter the end the dragon seems to either vanish or not be respawnable with end crystals

This error does not occur if creating a world after installing the mod, only if adding to a world/server
