Settings not visible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open iTransmission

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-I do not see a setting window so I can not change any program settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build 7. iPad1 wi-fi only

Personally I think this is completely stupid but from now on you have to 
actually download a torrent and open it with iTransmission. To do so, you can 
get the Downloads app from the App Store ($0.99 full version, free for lite) or 
from Installous. Then go and download any torrent you want, tap the blue arrow 
next to the name, tap Open With, select iTransmission. Then When the torrent 
starts, tap on it and you;ll be able to configure the torrent settings.Hope 
this helped :)

Actually I just found out that if you're on the latest build (#22) you can see 
the settings panel if you swipe with three fingers to the right.
