rfc2616 is now obsolete #338

When visiting https://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec14.html you are notified that "This document has been superseded."

specifications/standard-header-set-specification.md need an update

some informations are now here https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7231.html#section-3.1

Thanks for the report. I agree that we'll want to update the spec to the new definitions of those headers.
