traffic like saving to the NPC.yml #231

nothing really changes at all or anything being changed at the NPC.yml at the latest version but the commands works normally like when creating a NPC or changing a skin but when restarts happens then everythings reverts back to what it was before like before i startet to make a change

just delete this one if similar issue

I did a test, it seems that the server /reload confirm will modify NPC.yml
