Currently the FX Editor dialog will display all the tabs when opened from the Variables Table and SeamlyMe, when not all the variables are available.

When FX dialog opened from the Variables Table Only Measurements, Custom Variables, and Functions should be available.
When FX dialog opened from SeamlyMe, only Measurements and Functions should be available.
