Serpentshrine Cavern

Water: [70 Elite] Coilfang Frenzy: are fish that appear around anyone who enters the water and basically function the same way as lava in Molten Core, to prevent skipping areas. The longer you are in the water, the more fishes spawn. They will despawn once you are out of the water or dead. Once The Lurker Below is defeated, these will no longer spawn. [WORKING]

Scalding Water: The water will start to boil after the 6 platform packs surrounding The Lurker Below are killed, causing all of the Coilfang Frenzy in the water to die. By doing this you only suffer a 500 dmg every 3 seconds from Scalding Water debuff, which is a lot less damage then what the Coilfang Frenzy fish are capable of inflicting. The fish will return when the first mobs on the platforms surrounding the The Lurker Below's pool begin to respawn. [WORKING]

Hydross the Unstable: [Aggro range needs to be much higher] Water Form Abilities:

Poison form abilities:

Adds: [DO NOT DESPAWN IF HYDROSS RESETS] Damage: ~4-6K Frost/Nature melee damage [WORKING] Immune to nature damage during poison phase, immune to frost during water phase. [WORKING]

NPCs related to The Lurker Below Once The Lurker Below is killed these will no longer respawn. Each pack consists of: [71 Elite] Vashj'ir Honor Guard x 1 HP 260,000 ingame 521,000 [Resetting on knockback] [71 Elite] Coilfang Shatterer x 2 HP 200,000 ingame 379,500 [WORKING] [71 Elite] Coilfang Priestess x 2 HP 150,000 ingame 243,600 Working except (As of patch 2.2.0, they no longer cast Holy Nova when they die, nor become a Spirit of Redemption after death, No holy nova or redemption is happening) [71 Elite] Greyheart Technician x 4 HP 24,000 ingame 141,400 [WORKING]

Once all 6 packs are killed, the water will begin to boil, killing the Coilfang Frenzy; entering the water will now only apply the Scalding Water debuff, which is a significant damage reduction from what the fish are capable of. [WORKING]

Abilities:

Phase 2 Adds [Adds are instantly spawning on the platform, should swim up to the platform and then attack the closest target.] All forms of crowd control work on all adds. [WORKING]

mabe i missed it in the report but

per nerfed trash before hydross should have 40 min respawn timer and not 2 hours as in 2.4.3

and his HP was nerfed back in 2.1 i dont know how mutch

Changed it to 1h respawn.

May i ask why 1 hour when it suppose to be 40 mins.

by reading the forums its a challenge the people is looking for. so why make it easier then its suppose to be :P

The trash is already buffed and so ate the bosses. 1h vs 40 minutes isn't going to make it easier. Just less stupid.

1 mil extra HP of Leotheras seems like overkill.

Rest of the values seems to be doable

Found something that gave me a question.

"The Lurker Level : ?? Boss Type: Beast Health: 3,800,000"

This video from 2007 clearly states that lurker at that time had 5,311,699 hp

is it possible that he include the adds hp along with lurkers?

[Spout is not being casted right away, he turns ~30 degrees without casting it, then the spell begins. Due to latency the visual effect is behind the actual spot of the spell] - This is a preference, without it players would encounter a number of issues that would be LESS than savory for the encounter.

[Coilfang Ambushers should not cast Spread Shot if their aggro target is in melee range.] - The ambushers are supposed to have no threat table, so regardless of whether their main target is in range or not they would still cast Spreadshot. Using a traditional aggro table is a preference.

(Moving at player speed and freezing player in a tomb of ice for 10 secs. Should be much slower in speed ~50% player speed) - Movement Speed has been fixed. The Tomb is a side-effect to the damaging spell caused by the water orbs.

[Chaos Blast is not scaling correctly as the tooltip says. Should hit for initial damage of ~150 then scale hitting for 1675 more on each stack of the debuff.] - The damage has since been reverted back to 300 baseline damage.

[The demons are despawning before human form so no Mind Control occurs.] - Fixed.

[Currently not using melee attacks, just the Shadow Bolt attack] - Fixed.

Inner Demons will not be summoned on the person with aggro. [Not Working] - Fixed.

[If the main target of Demon Form is not in range, he will ignore this player and attack the next on his hate list in range. He should move in range of his main target to attack him.] - Fixed.

[While attacking the main target at range (After Entangle is casted) if her target goes out of Line of Sight (down the stairs as an example) she will stnad there and not move to get in LoS to attack. Could be a result of pathfinding, unsure.] - Fixed.

@enigmazxx I have a video from my old and former guild who did The Lurker Below at 15-05-2007 and there the boss itself had 3.80M HP. The other value your link stated might be the total HP of all mobs involved in the encounter.

@d2007: If the HP of the boss itself is 3.77M then it should be correct.

There is a bug known by a few guilds that doesn't seem to be reported on the tracker and happened last night:

During the Leotheras the Blind fight, if the Inner Demons are not killed before the raid wipes, there is a chance for the players to remain locked out of the instance and see a message about an encounter currently ongoing when they try to get back in, even though everyone is already dead.

As far as we know this makes it impossible to reuse the raid ID later in the week to give any other boss a try.
